Hidden stories is a project created to connect people in a time where distance,
and in a place where silence are the norm.

Everyone has a story to tell, but some stories come to light easier than others. Several books in the library have cards hidden with the opening line of a poem. The first writer to find such a card and participate in this project will finish the opening line and subsequent writers will respond to it. The book ‘Hidden stories’ tells the story of 100 writers who do not know each other but are connected through their words. The book is not only the host in which these stories are compiled, it’s also hosting the idea of connecting with strangers in times and ways that we aren’t used to.

The reflection of the sun in the
water was so bright that I got a
pounding headache and felt
unbalanced on my feet. I stumbled
into the water, breaking the only
source of reflection I hold truly. My
eyes melted into my hands. I
started sinking and drowned to the
deepest living fish family, I also said
HI! To them. They reacted scared
and disappeared immediately, only
leaving bubbles. At this moment I
understood it was a dream. Am I
sub-consiousley drowning?
The reflection of the sun in the
water was so bright that she had to
look away. The warmth on her skin
made her feel like she was part of
something bigger, connected to the
clouds and the birds and the trees.
She opened her eyes and sighed.
She could feel the earth breathe.
She knew where she was, felt
grounded as she dug her feet into
the sand, but somehow knew she
did not belong. She was physically
connected to the ground, but
emotionally disconnected. Like a
broken plug, not feeding through
energy. After digging a hole she
started to gain more energy. She
planted a seed and watered it. Her
soul finally fulfilled. She was once
again at peace.
